Ecolab® Quorum® Yellow is a self-foaming, chlorinated alkaline detergent for foam, spray and soak cleaning of stainless steel processing equipment and environmental surfaces in the food processing industries. Yellow removes proteins, fats, and carbohydrate soils. Its free-rinsing formula reduces streaking or spotting and decreases rinse water volumes. This product is not intended for use as a hard surface sanitizer or disinfectant. Quorum® is color coded and has bilingual labeling to minimize risks.
