Ecolab® PCC Alkali™ is a heavy duty non-chlorinated alkaline detergent. It is used for circulation, soak or boil-out cleaning of high temperature processing equipment including: kettles, fryers, or HTST's. It effectively removes tenacious fat and grease-based soils. It is non-corrosive to stainless steel, mild steel and/or black iron.
