Ecolab® Soil-Off™ II is a non-chlorinated, nearly neutral, general purpose, alkaline cleaner. It effectively dissolves and lifts grease, oils, and protein soils including: tire marks, poultry fat, tallow, and other tenacious organic soils. Soil-Off™ is generally suited for equipment, walls, and floors in food processing plants. Because of its near-neutral pH, it can be used on most surfaces including: stainless steel, ceramic, freezer board, and aluminum.
