Ecolab® Exelerate™ HS is a peroxyacid-based liquid pre-treatment for penetrating proteinaceous dairy soils. It helps improve cleaning of dairy pasteurizers and other heated process equipment. Use prior to the caustic wash in circulation, spray and soak applications. It is not intended for use as a hard food contact surface sanitizer. Its acidic pH and chelating agents remove mineral scale. Non-corrosive to 304 and 316 stainless steel and is compatible with most sealing and gasket materials.
