Ecolab® Quorum® Brown is a liquid, heavy duty alkaline detergent. It removes burnt-on soils, such as fats, carboydrates and proteins from high temperature food processing equipment surfaces, such as kettles, fryers, vats and heat exchangers. It is non-corrosive to stainless steel or black iron and does not contain phosphate. Quorum® is color coded and has bilingual labeling to minimize risks.
