Rubber Fab sanitary Detectomer® gaskets are metal detectable and x-ray inspectable. They can be spotted by in-line x-ray inspection and metal detection systems, as well as magnetic separators. Gaskets are used widely in the food, dairy, and beverage industries to seal clamp connections in sanitary pipe lines. Common applications for Detectomer® gaskets include finding contamination in: aluminum pans and tins, metalized film packaging, metal or aluminum cans, flow-wrapping lines, or hermetically sealed bags. Other packaging and product line applications for Detectomers® include: glass, metal, stone, high-density plastics, or foil / metallized films.
